Reservation Policy:
Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees.

Reservation Modifications:
Any changes or modifications to your reservation may be subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation policies vary based on the type of reservation and rate selected. Please review the specific cancellation terms provided during the reservation process. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Damage Deposit Policy:
A $100 damage deposit will be authorized on your major credit card upon check-in.
If you choose to pay with cash, a $500 damage deposit is required.
The deposit is refundable upon check-out after an inspection of the room.

Lost or Stolen Goods:
The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods, valuables, or personal belongings left in guest rooms or common areas.

Parking Lot Liability:
The hotel is not responsible for any damage to or theft of vehicles parked in the hotel's parking lot.
We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and not leave valuables in plain sight.

Guest Property:
The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property or belongings, whether left in the guest rooms, common areas, parking lot, or in hotel facilities.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 3 pm.
Check-out time is 11 am
Early check-in or late check-out may be subject to additional charges.

Guest Behaviour:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards other guests and hotel staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.

No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms.
A smoking fee will be assessed if this policy is violated.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not allowed in the hotel, with the exception of Service animals in accordance with applicable laws. According to law, Therapy animals are not considered Service animals and will not be permitted.

Payment Options:
We accept major credit cards and cash for payment. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for authorization and incidentals.

Payment Authorization:
By making a reservation and using the online payment portal, you authorize the hotel to charge your provided payment method for the total amount of your reservation, including room charges, taxes, and any additional fees.

Payment Security:
Our online payment portal uses industry-standard encryption to secure your payment information. However, the hotel is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your payment information.

Reservation Confirmation:
Your reservation is confirmed upon successful completion of the online payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

Modification of Reservation:
Changes to your reservation, including dates and room type, may be subject to availability and additional charges. Any modifications should be made through the hotel's reservation system or by contacting our customer support.

No-Show Policy:
If you do not check in on the scheduled arrival date and have not canceled the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy, you may be charged for the entire reservation.

Additional Charges:
Additional charges for services, amenities, or damages incurred during your stay may be applied to the provided payment method.

Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds may take a certain number of business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
